    So microsoft.... how are you going to fix the controller issues for your customers? Im running on a xbox one and now an S series and have THR33 controllers with no right stick movement? it will work when im in test mode but will not when in_game or even on home screen. I am not even offered the revert option when it comes to the firmware update. ive ruled out the "thats wierd" theory and am left with hope you can fix all of this at once seems they failed all at once? maybe the right stick guy did everyones controller on a friday afternoon?? Who knows? im not asking for new ones but a fix for those with this issue as its hard to play without the ability to strafe... a bit upset by this and have thrown a grip of cash over the years at you please help

    The easiest way is to log a support case on the website. You can go: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices and select the device from there. If you do not see it listed, you will want to add the device and you can initiate a warranty repair request
    from there.

    I'm having a similar issue on a Series X my controller will work for a awhile in multilayer then I'll lose my right stick. Even when I switch to another controller during play that one will also have an issue with the right stick. If I power down then back on it will work for awhile maybe even hours but then randomly does it again.

    Not to my knowledge. After having to change the batteries on my last controller it started with the right stick issue so i started checking into it. After a few hours of that i shut it down.
