    My Xbox controller Elite series 2 doesn't update to the latest firmware via Xbos Accesories App (Windows 11, version 23H2)

    Firmware version 517.3202.0 is the latest firmware version available for the Elite Series 2 controller. So your controller has the latest firmware available.

    Don't forget the Elite Series controllers use a different firmware than the other controllers, because it has different features to the standard controllers.

    There are multiple options to update your Xbox controller. You can do it via PC or Xbox. If the update doesn't show up via PC, then connecting the controller to a console and checking on there will be the next best thing.

    If you also have some external hard drive or wireless headset attached to the console, try disconnecting it and check if the issue still persist.
