    O god the old 360 controller yes but the new ps4 controller is better than any controller Microsoft has made and it destroys the x1 controller .

    Are you using a Microsoft brand controller or third party controller. My headphones will not work with my Afterglow controller but will work with my Microsoft controller.

    Hey NDHCITY1987! That does look like the controller has been damaged, that most likely will be the reason you're seeing this issue. Depending on when you purchased it you should either contact the retailer for a replacement or head to
    Device Support (Note: you will need to register a console before you can register the controller as an accessory). Thanks!
