    Hi, I have 3 controllers that i want to send.

    Dits been 30 minutes now i try to find the way to do it, when i go to the "reparation center" they ask me the serial number but its only for console, not for controller, then i have several error message..

    Its getting on my nerves..

    This service is [Mod Removed- Inappropriate].

    Please help to find the way to send those 3 controllers !!

    Same problem on the 3, Left stick start blocking in some guts.. & its impossible to play..

    4 controllers in 8 month with the same problem its a joke !

    Controllers are covered with a 90 day warranty. Are they official or generic?

    Hi Matador,

    If the controllers are less than 90 days you can get them repaired/replaced as others mentioned. You can go to

    Device support     to set up a repair. Remember you must register the console. You will then be able to select accessory for a repair. If you have controllers outside the 90 days they will not be able to be repaired.

    You only have 90 days warranty on controllers.

    You have to register your console before you can access "Repair an accessory". Here is the

    link     to the solutions page. Follow the walkthrough, when you get to where it says "Repair my device" you should be able to change it to "Repair an accessory" and enter the controller information.
