cONTROLLER DOUBT

I bought a new XboX360 controller (original) because mine stopped working. I connected it on video-game and it works perfect, but I noticed that it have a very low sound like a “zzzzzzz” inside it when it powered on. It appears to be an electronic noise,
that I believe it’s common on any kind of electronic device, but I didn’t remember to hear the same noise on my previous controller (maybe it have but I didn’t noticed since it can be heard only when there is no other sound on the ambient), and that’s why
I’m in doubt if it is normal for this controller or if it have any kind of manufacture problem.

DOUBT!

The Xbox can't be controlled by keyboard and mouse through the Stream mode at all. While it's possible in the Minecraft Bedrock Edition to use Keyboard and mouse, all other games don't accept keyboard and mouse input at all.

You might have to try Minecraft, if you can control it via Keyboard and mouse while streaming to your PC.

to a ban. If you purchase a console that has been previously banned you will not be able to connect to Xbox Live, and the ban will not be lifted as a result of the change in ownership. We recommend customers who believe they have not committed actions on the
service to warrant a ban to contact previous owners or users of the console.

If you have purchased or intend to purchase a second-hand Xbox 360, you can check its current ban status by entering its serial number into the
Console Check Tool.

I'm sorry to see any issues with your new controller! In cases where customers are concerned about noises their devices make (controllers, consoles, Kinect), we always suggest replacing the device. If you are still within your return period from the retailer
you purchased it from, then that would be the fastest way to get a replacement. However, if you are outside of that but within 90 days (for most regions; some have a year for accessories) and still have your proof of purchase, I suggest

calling up our phone support to see if they can assist with a repair for you.

Please let me know how it goes! I'm happy to look into other options if you continue to run into roadblocks.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from
the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Note that pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, so your purchase of Injustice 2 was not eligible for MyVIP payback. Also, keep in mind that MyVIP payback is awarded as a monthly whole after the month is over. From our FAQ, this can happen as late as the
15th the following month:

You can't use mouse and keyboard while streaming. When streaming you are using the xbox console that is just showing in your pc screen.
