Controller dont keep conection

    I know there other similar posts... But microsoft is not giving us anything. My Xbox one controller disconect very frequently. Some people sugest that we need to use USB cable... well, it does not disconect with an usb cable, but the controller still fails,
    the character just keep walking in the last direction you puched, an

    d it becomes unresponsive. It happens with all games. I bough a new controller, it still happens.I cleared cache, it still happens. Batteries are new, my xbox is far fron anything that can give a signal, its in a wooden shelve so no metals can interrupt
    controller conection.

    It is definetly the console. Support always say the same thing... Send the console for repair... thing is my warranty expired, and this problem is a production problem. I know people who have the problem just after buying the xbox. Some people have it after
    a year. Why is microsoft not giving any details? Because we stay quiet. Lets all start filling the forums with these post and ask for answers until they recognize that they have a serious problems with the xbox one consoles, and until they fix these problems.
    If a repair is needed, then they need to give free repairs to those who have this problem. Its their fault, they have to respond to the consecuenses of them making a **** sistem.

    disconect every 5 min

    i dont have any problems with my conection any more this is strange. can it be that my nat type is open now?

    Controller dont keep conection

    I have the exact issue verbatim. It is not a wireless issue, tested it with a brand new wired controller and the issue persists.

    We need to let microsoft know about this problem... it seems that they are not giving it any attention. Atleast if they would give us some info on why does this happens...

    It is a hardware issue. Sent my console in for repairs. They sent it back and the issue was resolved.

    You are not forced to conect a headset to a controller. Wired headsets conect to a controller but wireless like the ones I have (turtle beach and Astro) conect via USB and Optical cable to the console and have a docking base that transmits to them. There

    i dont see it being a consle issue try regular batteries in it and see what happens if it still does it then it would be ur controller. i have had a couple weird issues myself with my slim and my wireless controlles once in a whil they dont conect to it
    i just switch controllers and the problem stops. so i would try a diffrnt controller altoghether and if it still happens then i would say u have a issue with the consle
