No i think what they are doign witht he dashboard is 2 options if you use kinect then u wilol get the dashboard that is there now if you dont use kinect then there will be easier ways to use things

Select fire options/attachment in game, tactical controller set up in game, fast mags attachment in game. Nothing immoral there. Microsoft sells rapid fire controllers also. Moddd controllers are NOT a problem in CODs anymore, for several years now, just

Got it! Try cleaning the port first on the controller just to check if that will help. It would have also been best if we could try it on another controller but since you have tried it on other devices and nothing is wrong on your settings anymore, this issue might already be from the controller itself.

Thanks for the work Spazzy. XBC was a blast and helped make halo what it was to my group of friends in college.
