Controller doesn’t turn my series x on and i have to press the power button twice for it to...

I've tried the console reset unsuccessfully. Could it be a hardware issue instead of a software one?

Hey man I had the same problem I just reached out and they helped me fix it. You can fix this problem by going into settings> system> Console info> reset console> keep games and apps. Then the console will factory reset while keeping your games. You will have to go though the initial ”new xbox set up” so make sure you know your email and password.
