Controller doesn't recognize headset

Since a week ago, my Xbox one S controller don't recognize neither of my headsets, it makes a single eletrical sound on the headset but does not show any connected devices on the controller.

My controller is updated

I use a Turtle Beach XO Three and a Hs armor403

So my son has 2 controllers and one of them doesn't even recognize the headsets. I tried the test with both controllers and both headsets and nothing .

Thanks for the reply. I understand there is an issue with connecting the Turtle Beach headset to the Xbox console.

I recommend taking a look at the following troubleshooting articles:

If the problem persists:

Try your Headset with another
device, such as a laptop, to see if the headset is working. If not, the headset will need to be replaced.
Try using a Headset Adapter for compatibility issues.
Try your Headset on another controller, if you can. If the headset works on the second controller, try
updating the first controlleragain.
If that fails, the controller will need to be replaced. To order a replacement, go to the
Xbox Online Service Center.

Try this out and let us know the results.

In the instructions to the bluetooth headset it says that it will recognize the headset as an external device and will use slot one but some controllers wont allow the headset to be on the same slot as the controller the red brand controllers do not work
with the headset
