Controller doesn’t recognise my Headset

Hello,

I've got a problem with my headset, it's a Qware headset (not really a high qualitynone)

I bought it as a temporarily headset. It worked perfectly and i finally had a headset again because my other one broke as well but now none of my headsets/headphones can be recognised by my controller anymore.

My question is, if theres a solution to fix this non-recognisable thing. If so you could relly do me a pleasure to tell me a solution. I've searched on YouTube, read through other people's comments with the same problem i tried everything could find but
it still did'nt work.

I was looking for an adapter which i did'nt have to use as plugin because i dont know if its the controller or the headset of course i could let it fix but if theres a solution to this i don't need to pay any services.

You know i had that same problem befor never figured out what the issue was my guess is the part where u put the jack into wares off eventually so it starts to not recognize you know with allthe putting the jack in taken it back out i eventually just bought
a new controller it was time to up grade anyways if u dont upgrade try using a wireles headset.

How do i connect it wireless headset/headphone then?

What brand are they? for example those of iphone doesn’t recognize the microphone or have you tried others?

if the headset doesnt work on any of the controllers you have then it is more than likely the eadset which is the issue.

Can you try it on a friends console and controller? just to see if its an issue on your console?

Also if you know someone who has the stereo headset adapter for the xbox one controller, then try it in that too.

Are you sure it's compatible with the Xbox one?

Yes it used to work but one time it just stopped and in non of my 3 controllers it works but it does work on any other device.
