    Hello, My controller worked on the PC via USB cable. But after I connected it via bluetooth to the mobile phone, the PC no longer recognizes the device. The controller trembles and the light becomes steady. But it does not work. How should I do it? It
    is already up to date

    My controller does this alot when my son uses it from comp to phone then back to console. I either have to reset the console or I have to connect the controller with usb cable and make it go back through update. Even though the controller is already updated
    the update helps it to function normally again.

    Thanks for reaching out, it seems that your controller is having some issue reconnecting to the PC, but not to worry we have a few steps to try out to help you with that based on what which ever controller you decide to use. If these steps don't work
    out for you, I'll post a Device Ticket support link as well just in case you need that extra information to help you out and get you back to gaming ASAP.
