    Controller disconnects while playing


    I have been trying to play Destiny for 2 days now, but my controller keeps randomly disconnecting on me. It has gotten so frustrating that I have stopped playing til the problem is fixed.

    So I read the faq on here an have come to find it could be one of a few problems.

    2 of them I would find absolutely ridiculous if it is the reason,

    1.) I have a cordless phone on my entertainment center that my wife uses for work. It just recharges there, This would be ridiculous.

    2.) I have u-verse and my router has to be on my my tv stand by my cable box.

    3.) I am using rayovac brand batteries, is it possible they are not strong enough batteries? They are brand new.

    Yes Microsoft really really need to strongly work on this fix and fast or it will lose customers

    Happened to me for the first time playing Forza 5 today. No chat adapter connected. Firmware updates done when released. Eneloop batteries. So frustrating.

    We are having this same problem after the last update! There are many people with this same problem! Let's wait for MS to fix!

    Im having the exact same problem. I'll be playing away and suddenly my controller will just drop off completely or it will stay on but be unresponsive sending my character on an uncontrollable charge into a wall.

    Exactly! I have the same problem since the last update! Let's wait for the MS fix!

    I don't have Destiny but I play Titanfall and yes the controller keeps disconnecting for me too and I am sitting literally 2 meters away from the Xbox and in line of sight, there is no reason for it to disconnect, might I add the Xbox 360 never had any problem

    I don't have Destiny but I play Titanfall and yes the controller keeps disconnecting for me too and I am sitting literally 2 meters away from the Xbox and in line of sight, there is no reason for it to disconnect, might I add the Xbox 360 never had any problem
