    Controller disconnects randomly


    hi got your message an followed your instructions. The controller worked for a good long play session then started acting up again. I did the 10second power down while holding the button again and it worked. The problem did return again after a good round
    of gaming. The coincedence I see is that once my Xbox isn't seeing my wifi connection my controller won't work. I think my wifi board may be faulty.

    Problem with controller

    Both of my controllers are also disconnecting randomly

    FIFA is the main game affected suffered 10 disconnects in one half!

    I do have my xbox in the next room so not sure what the range of the controllers are

    Does the controller work when wifi is not involved? Also, I'm guessing by your response that the controller is wireless?

    your controller shouldn't just disconnect randomly, try plugging the usb into your xbox and into your controller and try updating the controller.
