Controller disconnects randomly

So I have been experiencing this for a while now on my xbox one. I have 2 controllers that are doing this, they weren't doing this at first but after one of the updates they started too. I checked the batteries and they are play and charge so when I have
the usb connected it works fine. There are times when they wont disconnect, I tried resyncing them, updating them, switching the batteries. I dont want to send the console in cuz it probably wont be fixed. Anyone else having this problem?

Problem with controller

Both of my controllers are also disconnecting randomly

FIFA is the main game affected suffered 10 disconnects in one half!

I do have my xbox in the next room so not sure what the range of the controllers are

I've been experiencing the same issue after updating my console. I too am afraid of sending in my console since this seems like a wide spread problem. I hope that someone sees this thread and takes action to address this issue...it's ridiculous.

Well I have been having disconnect issues since Day One. I just did a advanced exchange on my console and the new one is still disconnecting.
