Controller disconnects = Game disconnects

I've been noticing that my controller (while It has sufficient amount of battery power left) randomly disconnects and as I try to to reconnect, my Games (Warframe and GTAV) gets disconnected. I only use one account, with only one controller. As for interference......
None

For Warframe: I get disconnected from the game or squad

GTAV: I get disconnected COMPLETELY out of GTA Online, returning to story mode

So far I've been looking through this and I've come across similar topics of "Hardware issues"

But you see it nots like I can discard my current xbox one and just get a new one like that
(Although I want that Forza 6 console)

So I want to know if this problem can be resolved. If I just need to get a new controller then that's within my range.

Currently I'm checking for updates for my controller

X1 Desperate Help !!

I'll start up a game and in about 5 minutes or so my controller disconnects. I've figured out that every time I see my controller disconnect, that live actually disconnects as well. Does anyone know how the controller and live are related? I need a fix desperately!! I never had the problem before only started about a month ago. Don't know why I'm getting disconnected from live

Problem with controller

Both of my controllers are also disconnecting randomly

FIFA is the main game affected suffered 10 disconnects in one half!

I do have my xbox in the next room so not sure what the range of the controllers are

I have this exact same issue, I bought a new controller as my Day One buttons started dying (I'm not a heavy gamer) and both controllers disconnect at the same time and then I lose my xbox live connection for a split second, enough to get kicked. This is
happening all the time and I can hardly complete a match of titanfall for example.

I've had controller disconnects from Day One and hoped that these bugs would be ironed out by now. I'm afraid to send my console in for repair/replacement as I've heard stories of consoles returning in worse condition, one person bought a new one! (Which
resolved his issue) sod that! I've been an xbox gamer for over 9 years and I've had my share of RROD issues etc, but this is so frustrating.

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

Has yours not disconnected at all? I was really starting to think it was every single controller! Playing Cod is the worst game to play when it comes to disconnecting for me and is the worst game to disconnect playing!

I would recommend checking out the "Xbox One Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect" page,

support.xbox.com/.../wireless-controller-disconnects. It lists a number of issues that could be causing the disconnection and solutions.

I'm playing on a PC, this isn't a Forza issue, it's a Windows/Firmware/Compatibility issue, the controller disconnects even if i'm not in any games.
A lot of people have this issues on PC, for some it works fine in some games, and in others it keeps getting disconnected, and for most it just disconnects regardless of game or not.

It's been an issue since Xbox One controllers, and day Series X
