Controller disconnects but light is solid?

Hello,

I have two problems but both the same. One of my Xbox One controllers just randomly disconnects while being active.

It will either drop and flash the xbox light to sync where I turn off and back on and fine OR it will completely drop but the light is sold ontop like it's working but the xbox cannot see it. Same again turn off controller and back on and fine.

This is problem has been a while now and is completely random for no reason and it will not happen for a few days or week and then bang, one and then then another and gone it's all fine again... What the hell.

I have followed the entire trouble shooting page and done full updates and still the pRobles persists.

Going to phone Microsoft tomorrow when free in a hope I can get this fixed because it is now extremely stressful.

controller wont stay connected

first off I am using hdmi and my console is connected to my modem (not sure if that matters tho) my controller will turn on my xbox, but disconnects randomly it gets really annoying while im playing modern warfare 3. now it disconnects before I can even
put in the disc, the lights on my controller all flash at the same time but the lights on the outer ring of my console stay on as if its still connected. can anyone plz help me

 

Xbox One Disconnects from internet.

Yes, unplugged and reconnected everything multiple times. Without fail, controller light starts blinking, then the wifi disconnects.

 

I'm having this issue now. Both my controllers. Lights are solid but won't do anything with Xbox. I regret getting Xbox. Nothing but issues wit it. It isn't my first problem with this pos.

 

I also get this issue, incredibly frustrated with it, im considering just returning everything for a full refund as gaming is not enjoyable at the moment
