Controller disconnects are out of control

I'm on my second Xbox One after a faulty disc drive in my first one. The new system constantly disconnects the controller, usually after a few seconds of uncontrollable spinning. It's frustrating enough in single player games but makes multiplayer games
unplayable.

I've changed routers, tried resyncing via Kinect, and the Sync button, moving phones and tablets to another room, changed batteries, and nothing works. I'm only around 8 feet from the TV.

Has there been any sort of statement on this issue? Is it something that is being worked on and fixable with a patch or do I need to send this Xbox back as well and redownload 100 gigs worth of games and patches?

X1 Desperate Help !!

I'll start up a game and in about 5 minutes or so my controller disconnects. I've figured out that every time I see my controller disconnect, that live actually disconnects as well. Does anyone know how the controller and live are related? I need a fix desperately!! I never had the problem before only started about a month ago. Don't know why I'm getting disconnected from live

Both of my controllers are also disconnecting randomly

FIFA is the main game affected suffered 10 disconnects in one half!

I do have my xbox in the next room so not sure what the range of the controllers are

 

I am also having this issue, on my first xbox and my replacement. In my opinion I think it has something to do with the new infrared auto syncing feature they added into the kinect. Although a nice idea it is causing more problems instead of good. Try unplugging
the kinect and rebooting the xbox. It will prompt you to connect the kinect, but ignore it. See if that changes anything. You may have to manually sync it after reboot.

 

I have that issue with my two controllers. the one I get with the console and the another which I buyed alone.
