    Controller disconnects and reconnects


    My xbox one controller randomly disconnects for 1-2 seconds and reconnects while i am playing. This happened during an online game of apex legends. It also happened during online and single player games of call of duty modern warfare 2019. I had made sure
    thr batteries are fresh and that the controller is updated. I have experienced this problem with a second controller as well. I have also tried to power cycle my concole to fix this and it has not helped. Any more ideas on how to fix this?

    As from my original post, i have tried all of these except for option 1. Moving closer does not help.

    Try the following.

    Method 1: Move your controller closer to the console

    Method 2: Replace the batteries or recharge the battery pack

    Method 3: Power cycle your console

    Method 4: Reconnect your controller

    Method 5: Update your controller firmware

    Method 6: Try another controller
