Controller disconnects and reconnects after stereo headset adapter is connected to controller

I have been through all steps previously posted numerous times and the controller is disconnecting and reconnecting with the adapter connected to the controller, It works fine as long as its not plugged into the controller but as soon as its plugged into
the controller.... disconnect-reconnect starts again.

Console- Brand new advanced warfare edition

Controller-Brand new advanced warfare edition

Headset- Turtle beach XP400-works fine as long as its not plugged into controller

Describe what is happening.

disconnect-reconnect and horrible screeching noise and no chat while the headset adapter is connected to the controller, its connects for about thirty seconds before it disconnects. Normal headset works fine, but that thing sucks after using a turtle beach.

Are you in the Update Preview Program?

No, I'm not but if you have one you would like me to try I would be more than happy to give it go.

If there is something new to try I will gladly try it but if you're going to suggest anything you've already suggested in other posts don't because I've been down this road and I won't continue to do the same thing over and over again with no result, that's
insanity.

Please fix the obvious issue with YOUR headset adapter.

Stereo Headset Random Controller Disconnect

Whenever I use the stereo xbox one headset after about 5 or so minutes using it my controller will randomly disconnect, it then reconnects, but then the headset no longer works unless I pull the batteries. I have updated the firmware, tried new batteries
and nothing seems to fix this. The controller works fine with the adapter plugged in, but as soon as the headset is connected to it I have problems. Anyone else experience this?

I believe your experiencing a controller disconnection issue that is slight in nature compared to others....
