Controller disconnects AGAIN!!

When are microsoft going to acknowledge that there is a problem with the controller or the xbox1, or both, instead of trying to blame our wifi? Can we get a replacement controller or xbox free of charge or are we just expected to foot the bill?

The controller disconnects seem to happen only when playing online with others and at crucial moments, of course. Can someone at microsoft actually give me a definitive reason for the disconnects? With all the tech know-how at microsoft, please enlighten
us all.

Xbox one not functioning correctly

My xbox has been having a issue all day. My controller won't connect to the Xbox or power the Xbox on. but once the Xbox is on and the controller finally connects it works for a minute and then the controller will disconnect and my Xbox will automatically
disconnect me from Xbox live. Then it won't let me connect my controller again unless I power the Xbox off and back on again. And the same thing with Xbox lI've. It won't connect again unless I restart my Xbox. It'll only disconect me from Xbox live if my
controller disconnects. If anyone knows a fix please let me know

The controller randomly disconnects and nearly immediately disconnects again once the controller has been turned back on. I’ve put new batteries in, I’ve re paired the controller to the system, I’ve unplugged the Xbox entirely to try and fix this.

try turning off the console and disconnecting it from the electricity, then connect it and turn it on again, try again to synchronize the control

Try to use the controller with the usb cable attached at the console, if the disconnection happens again you should replace that controller or send it for repairs

Control was disconnecting for no reason. Now the Xbox itself connects to live, seconds later it disconnects, then moments later again connects and continues to do this with no imput to the system. Cannot do anything at this point because the malfunctions.
It started with the controller disconnecting. Does anyone have any success stories of these problems being fixed?
