Controller disconnects after 1 foot

Both of my controllers are disconnecting and connecting when they are moved 1 foot away from the xbox. They only maintain connection when lying directly infront of the xbox. I already updated my controllers and moved every possible obejct out of the way.
I also moved everything electronic that may cause the problem. I even moved the Xbox to a different room but the problem remains.

Controller won't stay connected

I got a new controller, it syncs after I press both sync buttons on the controller and xbox 360 but then it just disconnects itself after 1 second. I put new batteries in it. I don't get why it won't stay connected. My other controller works fine and connects
fine.

 

Xbox One controller USB cables

My Xbox One is on one floor and My son play on another floor (Hdmi connected). He experience many controller disconnect message and I wonder how can I fix it.

Option 1 : get a signal repeater, I found none at this time.

Option 2: plug a male/female USB cable of 25 foot and he plays with a wired controller. How long can be the cable without loosing signal ?

Sorry to hear about the controller disconnection trouble! To kick things off, have you tried replacing the batteries in your controller to see if there's any change? Also, please make sure you run though this Controller

Tried everything in the guide already.

Controllers are working fine with other consoles. Seems like I have to send my console in.

To check, do you have any USB devices plugged into your Xbox One you can try removing to see if there's any change in connection performance?

 

Xbox came yesterday. It works again.

And yes i tried to unplug every usb device. Of course, there wasn't any change.
