Controller disconnects 3rd console 3 controllers!!!!!!

my controllers disconnect randomly. they do work wired but who wants to play wired on a "NEXT GEN" console. I have also tried a plug and play battery pack and all the controllers actually disconnect more. I initially though it could be a battery problem
but I have braced the battery inside the door and even bent out the contact a little for a tighter fit, but it didn't help. I have turned off all wirelease devices including my Wi-Fi broadcasting on my router and cell phones. I have moved my console into the
same room as me (it is in a theater with a dedicated inwall rack in the hallway normally) and still it disconnects. I was originally running my kinect bit I have since disconnected it thinking it might help. I have set up my console in other rooms of the house
with different TVs and still the controllers disconnect. I have 3 controllers and they all loss connection. I initially had a Day One edition and I am now on my 3rd console and they all have had this problem. I did bring over my friend console and his woeked
great with no disconnects, I played for about 10hrs and it didn't fail once, even inside my rack. My next step will be to run a spectrum analyzer while I'm playing so it can capture data and I can compare the disconnects to the data to see what the Wi-Fi in
the console is doing. I'm going to send this console back as well and hope the next one works.

All controllers still reconnecting

I have 3 controllers for xbox one.

Problem:

Start xbox controller wonnt connect.

After few minutes controller connect and work.

After few minutes controller disconnect and blinking...

Then shut down or work for few minutes.

All 3 controllers do the same.

When i restore console to default, all works ok for few days. Then do the same.

If that doesn't work make sure your controllers are updated otherwise test them on another console GameStop usually will test them for you, that way you can figure out if you need replacement controllers or a console repair.

 

Were you playing with your friend's controller in his Xbox or with one of yours?

I guess your controllers are all on the latest firmware? Have you already tried to re-pair your controllers with the one so they have to renegotiate?
