Controller disconnection issues (my case)

There is an update due to fix random disconnts

 

I algo have this problem. Send the console for service and received a new one a week algo. I am having the same issues with this, although less frequently. What should i do? Wait for update, send for service again or sell it and Buy a Playstation....

 

Wait for the next update. Since I installed it I had no disconnects (and this is my 3rd Xbox One).

Ps. I'm on latest beta firmware. Should be released soon.

I got this issue and the result from microsoft support was to send it back and get another one. This worked when I got it but then an update came through about the same time I started playing watchdogs (not had much gaming time recently to update it) and
its started up again.

Been through a few things with the support guys again but still no joy and its looking like id need to swap the console out again... it cant be a coincidence that the first and second time I started having this issue was very soon after updates.

 

Just had disconnection - so it's not fixed

 

I am having these exact same issues. I am also on my second XBox1 and own two different controllers. This happens with both controllers. My wife plays on a separate XB1 3 feet from me and does not have this problem.

I'm thinking about having my XB1 replaced through phone support, but reading this post does not give me hope. I read in another post regarding the same problem that re-syncing the controllers using a USB cable resolved the problem, I'll try that first.

I'm also having these disconnects for months, despite being in the Preview.

I also tried everything mentioned. Nothing helped.

What I'd like to know:

Is there someone who actually sent in his/her Xbox One and got it repaired?

Did it help?

Because I don't want to go through all the trouble of sending my Xbox One in if it doesn't solve the problem. Because after all it may still be a general characteristic or weakness of the Xbox One hardware.

So does sending in the console really solve the problem?

What are your experiences?

Some consoles have been hit with this problem after updating September, others do not. I believe that this problem is connected with the power management of the control! The support says nothing about!
