    Controller Disconnecting while playing games on Xbox One X


    Hi,

    I am lost on what to do, my Elite 2 Controller Disconnects only when I’m playing games on my Xbox One X.

    While playing the game the controller disconnects and the light will flash until it reconnects. It’ll do this over and over.

    This only happens during game play, I can use the controller to surf YouTube or anything none game play. I have also tried using another controller and it happens with that.

    I contacted xbox support about two months ago and after they did all their fault finding they said it was clearly a software issue and an update would sort this out. There has been a few updates since then but nothing has changed.

    This has made playing games impossible for the last two months (yes I’m aware that i could use the wire, but its not long enough to reach my sofa and it defeats the point of wireless). I’m paying for Ultimate and games are just unplayable.

    I dont know what to do, can anyone help?

    Vanguard Controller issue ...

    Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

    Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

    I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

    I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

    I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

    I'm playing on a PC, this isn't a Forza issue, it's a Windows/Firmware/Compatibility issue, the controller disconnects even if i'm not in any games.
    A lot of people have this issues on PC, for some it works fine in some games, and in others it keeps getting disconnected, and for most it just disconnects regardless of game or not.

    It's been an issue since Xbox One controllers, and day Series X
