    Controller disconnecting and reconnecting immediately


    My controller disconnects and reconnects a few times every hour. Not sure what to do, I replaced my console and bought a second controller. is there a setting I have wrong?

    Controller regularly disconnects/reconnects on PC

    I have a 360 controller that's been working fine on my PC for the past 2 years. I recently got an xbox one controller and it's been disconnecting/reconnecting at random times.

    Friend, after the last update of the console (1409) this problem started to occur with a lot of people! Including me! We are awaiting the MS fix the bug! Welcome to the team!

    Yes agreed, MSFT stuffed the last console update, just like they have been stuffing Windows Updates they have now been stuffing Xbox Updates. I bet you they swear by Unit Tests hahaha.......no user testing clearly.
