    Controller disconnected from Xbox One


    Hi All, today, when I and my son tried to play Lego Marvel Super Heroes on the ONE.. but both controller was disconnected only in this game. The rest of Xbox seem working with the controllers.

    We have also the Kinect V2.

    The batteries are Ok, and all seem ok. Except for this game.

    Seem that Microsoft fail with the controller management... does anyone know the solution for this?

    Problem with controller

    Both of my controllers are also disconnecting randomly

    FIFA is the main game affected suffered 10 disconnects in one half!

    I do have my xbox in the next room so not sure what the range of the controllers are

    My controller keeps disconnecting from my xbox. I have bought new controllers and it still disconnects even with the new controller. I have the Day one xbox. Any help will be nice.

    Sorry to hear about the controller disconnect issue, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. It is possible that you may be experiencing disconnect issues from interference from another wireless device. I recommend checking out our Xbox One Wireless Controller disconnects page to verify that one of the listed objects might be causing interference.

    "am I being stupid".... No, everyone has trouble from time to time. But, let me suggest following up with a couple of things, "Connect a wireless
    Xbox One controller to your console    " and "Xbox One Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect" . Let us know if you continue to have
    issues connecting the controller to your Xbox.
