    Controller disconnected every few mins?


    All three of my controllers will randomly disconnect from my Xbox S. I’ve checked updates for the console and all controllers. Everything is up to date and I tried resetting my Xbox. The controllers still disconnect. Also the batteries are brand new

    We may need to perform a powercycle on your console, please follow the steps below accordingly:

    “1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Unplug your console for 5 minutes.

    3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​“

    Had the same problem last night after I turned my controller off it disconnected abount 30 mins in, then with the controller in it seemed like every 15 mins so throughout the last hour every five mins I would move the joystick on the controller and it didnt
    disconnect once, im wondering if its an issue when the cintroller sshuts off or then console goes into standby mode after awhile either way this needs to b fixed

    XBOX one controller won't connect. I've tried everything.

    Because the NXE Update? I have also the Halo 5 Xbox One and the issue with random disconnects starts after the NXE Update on Nov 12. My old controller is working, my new halo controller isn't (disconnected every 30-45 min)
