Controller Disconnect One X

I am constantly getting controller disconnects on my Xbox one X. The setup is the same as I have been using with a Xbox One S since that launched with no issues. I have done everything I can including :

Used different controllers and batteries

Re-paired controllers

Updated firmware

Turned off 2.4 ghz WiFi on router

Turned off 5 ghz WiFi on router

As a last resort the Xbox one X was exchanged by the retailer with the same issues found.

The issue can be replicated sometimes by waking a mobile phone from sleep, three different brands in the household and each one can cause controller disconnects when used.

Playing games is unbearable as the controller can disconnect at random. Only for a second or two the light on controller flashes once and prompt appears on screen to press a.

Yep Im another person where this happens. I've had 2 x New Xbox's, 2 x New Controllers, 2 x Xbox Stereo Adapters.

Problem still persists. I've tried everything.

I just used regular copper top batteries for about 4 days, then when they went almost dead I installed my EBL brand 2800 mAh batteries right from the charger fully charged and within 30 minutes controller was disconnecting and I could play. This is with
the Project Scorpio. Must be the new xbox X needs more voltage than rechargeable can provide. Copper top volts was over 1.6, ebl2800 was 1.4 fully charged.

 

I have same problem still, bought Microsoft platy and charge kit per help line, exchanged project scoripo, still same problem. also box wont start sometimes unless you push button on box and go through complete start up screens
