    Controller Disconnect Issue After Update


    So my Xbox auto updated on the 20th and ever since then my controller won’t stay connected. I’ve tried all the steps on Microsoft’s Help Center with no luck. Is anyone else having this issue? I’ve seen this was an issue for some in the past but I thought that they fixed it.

    Xbox one controller cuts out/disconnects

    Are there any solutions to this issue yet? It seems that after the July update, and controller firmware update, I've started having this issue. The controller will constantly disconnect after 15-20 mins without fail. I've been fine until the last updates.
    It's getting ridiculous after a month or so of this issue.

    Any solutions yet?

    Controller won't reconnect

    Controller disconnects while playing Forza Horizon 2 is a separate issue from the controller disconnects after the September Update. We are currently looking into both issues. BR4DOKYBrazil, we will update your thread once we have more information. chezza16,

    XBOX one controller won't connect. I've tried everything.

    Because the NXE Update? I have also the Halo 5 Xbox One and the issue with random disconnects starts after the NXE Update on Nov 12. My old controller is working, my new halo controller isn't (disconnected every 30-45 min)

    got the same issue after the last Dashboard preview update, both Controllers are disconnecting now and playing wire with ugly noises is just unacceptable
