Controller direction stick stopped moving down

While pressing down on the controller to run backwards my blue wired controller stick has become very loose. How can I fix this?

Controller analog sticks broken?

Left stick doesn't move up unless i push down on analog while moving up... whats worst is when controller is untouched the Up direction is continusly push up on menus,games,etc

Controller issue on PC

I want to assume that you're describing a "drift" in the controller analog stick.

My very first controller experienced this after playing a lot of BF4. In order to run, you had to press down the analog stick, many times while holding the analog stick in a certain direction to keep moving.

If this is present the PC settings will show as if you're holding it down in a slight direction at all times when left sitting. You could attempt to have the controller replaced..... myservices.xbox.com

I own two. The one the console comes with and I bought the blue one at time of purchase of my console. I should mention the blue one does not feel as solid as the wireless one.

That is a 3rd party controller that we don't offer support for. I recommend getting in contact with
PDP's Support for assistance, as they are the folks who made that controller.
