    Controller Differences

Ok so, I had xbox 360, since it was released many years ago, up until the year the xbox one came out and I traded it all in and paid for an xbox one. But I always used to play 1 or 2 games on pc with my wired xbox 360 controller....

So since I got the xbox one I played tons of battlefield one and other games, it was fine on the xbox one controller, and I even got used to the new sticks and design, even though I originally thought were too loose. However, when I then went back to my Pc
with the wired 360 controller, and discovered that I just couldn't live without the more stronger tensioned sticks in this old controller.

Now that my controller is getting old and warn out from tons of pc games I am looking for alternative wired controllers with good stick tension, I also don't play on my xbox one anymore because I hate the controllers for original Xbox one, etc etc because microsoft
discontinued the 360 controllers and the only type you can get now are **** Chinese models that are crap in comparison, so I need a new controller preferably wired because I hate charging.

Recently I have discovered through one site the difference in controller tensions, between xbox controllers is like this, and I want to try and ask you guys about it:

They said that the original xbox 360 tension in the thumb sticks was set at 95grams. (90-100)

The Xbox one thumb sticks 65g.

The Xbox one s improved to 90g.

    The BIG question!

Has anyone here had an Xbox One controller, then tried the Xbox One S controller? And do they feel different? Would you say its accurate to say they are more similar to the 360 tension than the original Xbox one controller tension?

I saw lots of different sites for changing controller parts and customising, the best one so far is battle beaver but its far too costly and far to time consuming for me to send my controllers to them to mod for me so I have limited solutions and would like
to know as much about the xbox one s controllers as possible thanks.

Oh and I also heard that the xbox one s back bumpers are slightly improved from the original controller? is this also true?

    :)

    Differences between controller models

Hello. I have been researching various Xbox One controller models for some now and could not find the explicit differences between some models like the S2V-00001, S2V-00002, and S2V-00012. What are some key differences between these 3 listed models? Thanks.

I went from the original XBO launch controller to the redesigned one that came with the S and felt it was a big improvement. Not to say that the original controller was bad, I just felt the controller that came with the S was tight and responsible, pretty
much exactly what you are looking for. Head to your closest Microsoft store and they should have them out to test.

If you buy a new controller, please get one from a retailer that has a warranty that you can buy for it. Xbox only has a 90 day warranty on the controller. I think walmart has an extended warranty for 5-6 bucks. I think bestbuy and others have a similar
    option as well.
