Controller dieing with headset

I have had a couple of headsets die and had a couple of worn out controllers but I've never purposely broken any through game rage even though I have come close at times.

I use the elite controller so wireless (mostly) when I get the low battery notification I have a wire that's permanently attached to my Xbox close to hand so I can go wired before the batteries die. I also currently have a turtle beach wired headset that's
connected to my controller, but I'm about to purchase the arctis 9x wireless headset.

update your controller. Let us know how it goes.

Same problem. Bought the elite hoping they fixed this issue as every Xbox controller I have has this on one of the sticks. Not happy at all. Headsets die so easily, drift on controllers. By all means make money off of us buying these expensive pherials but
please test them and replace faulty items when they come up.

I recently bought a new controller but the battery display is not displayed correctly on the console. The xbox always dagt that the battery is half-loaded. And this over several days.
