    After getting on to Xbox about it when streetfighter 4 was released on backward compatibility I discovered today that super streetfighter 4 has now made it too so I loaded it and was excited to finally be able to play the King of 2d fighting games again
    then it hit me, I and everyone I know don't use the thumbstick to play streetfighter as it requires precision input so always use the D pad. Well the xbox360 D pad wasn't great but just about functional but the xbox one D pad is the most atrocious design of
    D pad there is! It barely gets used for any other game aside from up down left right so you don't notice so much that in any diagonal direction the flat cross or plus sign design is useless making it hard work to even throw a fireball from left to right let
    alone numerous ones and from right to left no chance. So I got nostalgia for the megadrive/saturn six button pads and found one for the xbox but yet again the D pad is the same useless cross so I thought I'd settle for the normal button layout but with a good
    D pad design then found the cheapest to be 115 quid! For something that will ware down pretty quickly are you having a laugh? Cheap clunky design with no thought to the players guessing the same for xbox one x but come xbox 2 fix up!

    Why are the controllers such junk?

    I like the design but I dislike the cheap feel. If I could have the solid feel of the 360 controller with the design of the X1 controller I'd be happy.

    Hello Joker,

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning an inability to add your name using the engraving feature.

    Could you explain or provide what error may be occurring when you finish submitting your engraving?

    Have you tried using a separate web browser to see if that clears up the error?

    Are you referring to Design Labs controllers or the standard controller?

    Design Labs controllers are only shipped to certain regions.

    Standard controller will be available in any region that the console is sold in.
