    Controller constantly disconnects and requires console reboot


    Regularly, probably once per day or every other day, my controller will disconnect from my XB1 console. It will then fail to re-sync when I try to sync it back up until I unplug my console and plug it back in. Needless to say, this gets old very fast especially
    when it disconnects in the middle of a game and I have to reboot my console.

    This happens with multiple different controllers so it seems to be a console or software issue, and happens even when the controllers are well within range (a few feet away from the console).

    I had the exact same issue with the controller that came with the Xbox as well as the Elite controller I have currently. I did an update with the accessories I use (turtle beach headset) connected to the controller by wiring the controller in via USB to
    the Xbox and selecting accessories in the settings menu. On the rare occasion it happened after I did this, I would frantically wire the controller into the Xbox via USB and it synced right back up. I know it's not the most convenient solution, but it helped

    is anyone having issues where the controllers are constantly disconnecting from the xbox one and then won't reconnect? We got this same console and the controllers disconnect every few days and to get them to reconnect we have to unplug the xbox for 20
    seconds then reconnect it. using the connect buttons on the controller/console does nothing for some reason (no issues like this on the regular xbox one we have). very disappointing.

    No "Profit" on this answer as I have tried that solution,I've looked all over these forums and tried every possible suggestion.It has to be a software issue.It would not be horrible if I could play wired but that causes the controllers to act like they have
    a mind of their own,and yes I said controllers,plural because I've tested 3 separate controllers.Im not sending in my XboxOne for repair because others with the same problem got it back with the same problem.Its not interference because nothing has changed
    prior to the last update.
