Controller connectivity

Hi having trouble with both my controllers connecting with console they were both fine till a recent console update,have tried all usual stuff pair/unpair with console and fresh batteries and console reset, they connect from anything from 1 minute to 30
minutes cant play any games as it cuts off all the time.

Controller connectivity

While the subject might be somewhat self explanitory my issues are much more complicated and specific than the subject may suggest.

I have two issues which i believe are related and i will explain why after the issues are listed.

First, while my "A" button works in both games and apps, when attempting to open a game or app it is indicated that i clicked on it by expanding and closing the white outline around the game or app box but not only do i have to click a few times but have
to mash my "A" button over ten times to get it to open.

Second, while this next issue seems like a pure controller issue i have reason to believe it is not, my RS button on my controller suddenly stopped working and can easily be shown during in game on multiple games, but, very oddly, when ever i double tap
my xbox/ home button and close it it either immediatly does the job of the RS button or after i close out of that pressing ANY button INCLUDING the RS button or so much as rotating an analog stick will do the job of the RS button and after it has been completed
the RS button or any other button will cease doing the job of the RS button.

Now back to my previous statements to where i believe the two issues are some how related and not the weong doing of the controller, for a brief period roughly less than five minutes, i was able to open an app or game with one "A" button click as well as
having my RS button fully fonctional and not able to be activated by the double tapping and closing of the home button, but after that time was over both issues persisted and were never resolved.

These issues have persisted for over a week and i have tried to resolve them on my own trying everything i could, updating and resyncing of the controller, hard and cold resetting, leaving everything unplugged for more than a week, the closing of all apps
and games as well as switching batteries, there were also no indications before the brief fix that i did anything to fix it, it just happened very randomly

I know this issue is oddly specific, and i realize that it may be so specific this has never been incountered, so the fact that it is unfixable may be very prevelant, but i ask for any suggestions that come from anybody that read this.

I appreciate anybody that took the tine to read this in an attempt to help me in the most random of issues and apologize for the lengthy post but i feel everything written was integral to the understanding of my awfully complex issue.

Controller connectivity

Completed off/on power cycle at console. Completed sync button rest at console and controller and have connected controller to console with android usb to micro usb cable. Controller will still nor connect. Possible faulty controller or am I missing something?

 

You have problema with your Xbox, is a problema with the bluetooth. you have to take it to fix. when you repair your Xbox tell me how it going? it still have problema or it work fine?

I'm going send away for repair hopefully this fixes the issue,

Hi update console issue now resolved repair shop replaced wifi/bluetooth card now working great again............
