Controller connected via Bluetooth on Windows 10, but not in Cloud Gaming app

Please make sure that your 8bitdo controller is one of these models.

N30 Pro 2 (Bluetooth or USB connection)

These are the two models supported for Xbox Cloud gaming.

Try to connect it via Bluetooth or USB cable whichever works. I also suggest to try a different controller to isolate the issue.

Are you using Bluetooth for the wireless controller? Bluetooth controllers are not detected by the Xbox Accessories app on Windows 10. See here for more information: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox...e-adaptive-controller-in-xbox-accessories-app

It is in the "notes" section. In order to use a controller as copilot on Windows 10, you need to connect via Xbox Wireless, or use a USB cable.

I would need you to make sure that your Windows has the latest update: Select check for updates now, and then select Check for updates. Or, select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates. If there is an available update, select Install now.

Installing latest Windows updates has fixed this, thanks!

Tried all of those but afraid nothing worked, same result.
