Controller Charger not working?

Hey everyone,

I've got my xbox360 for already a year now without any problems, but i've got a problem with my controller charger. Every time i plug the charger into the xbox360 and into the controller, it doesn't show a light (no red or green) and it isn't charging.
I now can't do anything due my controller needs to be charged.

I were wondering, does anyone know how i fix this?

Controller chargers?

Yep got mine to. Not bad for a tenner.
It seems a little sensitive when on the base as when I put the pad on first, the lights stayed green then after a bit of wiggling they went red to indicate charging.
Other than that its fine and well worth a tenner!

AA batteries work in controller but battery pack does not.

No issues until yesterday. Controller shut down and would not charge. Bought a second new play and charge kit and same thing. Charge cable not lighting up and not charging, but insert AA batteries and it works just fine. Controller borked?

Sometimes when left for a long time in recharge the controller charger doesn't performs it's function anymore. Let it for a day or so to cool of and if it still doesn't works I'm sorry but you have to get another one.

Is the end of the charger Identical to those that are used to charge mobile phones? If it is could it be possible to see if a phone charger works to charge the controller?

Found a fix for this, the things in the link above didn't work, from doing a bit of googling a few people recommended using a phone charger wire connected to the USB port of the xbox that fits the controller instead of the xbox charger wire. In my case it
was a blackberry charger but theres a few that work.

I held down the power button and the 2 buttons next to it for about 10 seconds and then the controller started working again! No idea why but now both the 'broken' controllers are working fine!

This fix will not work for me. Our controllers do bit have chargers. They are powered by AA battery
