    So originally my controller would only "look up". However, now the right bumper isn't responding. I was wondering if anyone has this problem. Is there anything I can do?

    Headset beeping

    Everything worked, plugged my headset in controller and it continually beeps and mute/volume buttons aren't working. Any ideas??

    I assume you can't test it on a console? If it doesn't work on both chances are the controller will need a repair.

    Thank you for reaching out. I understand your controller has been unresponsive even after extensive troubleshooting on your part. If you haven't already, I'd like for you to make there are no firmware updates available by checking out our

    Update Controller     page. Note, you are able to update the controller from an Xbox One as well as a PC so you should be able to get this done on your computer. Hope this helps! :D

    Could be a few problems.

    Connection issue with the cable itself.

    Or the PC not fully recognizing the controller.

    If the controller works on the console fully, then it is not the controller.
