Controller button sticking

    Not even 2 month old controller a button is sticking, it is the new white one. What is the warranty period on these?

    Wireless controller buttons sticking.

    I have gone through 4 remotes. I always get remotes that the buttons just won't stop sticking. I am sick and tired of paying 60 dollars for faulty remotes. Helpppppp

    Hi

    My New mineral blue engraved controller buttons sticking only ordered it on 28jan2018

    does any one know how to get microsoft to support me as there is no phone numbers and its still under warranty and purchased through microsoft so dont tell me to take it back to the retailer i purchased it from...cheers

    The warranty for accessories in the United States is 90 days. If you're unable to exchange the controller with the retailer, you can get the controller repaired through the Online Service Center

    HERE    . Keep in mind that you'll need to have your console registered first, before you can submit an accessory like a controller for service.

    Wireless controller not binding!

    1.Push the "Reset" button on the system to recalibrate the controller and reset the control stick to the neutral (center) position. Do not touch the control stick.

    2 Alternately, press the "X", "Y" and "Start/Pause" buttons simultaneously for three seconds during gameplay, making sure to not touch the control stick.

    3 Unplug the controller and re-insert it while the system is on.

    4 Insert another controller in the same port. If the problem disappears, you know the problem is with the controller, in which case it may need to be repaired.

    Third lowest on the left would be Caps and toggled via Left Stick (LS). The two sticks on your controller can be pressed into the controller as if they were buttons. Press the Left Stick in and you'll change between caps and lowercase.

    Please test the following:

    Open the Start menu and type "Control". This will bring up the Control Panel (or localized name for the Control Panel) in the search results.

    In the Control Panel, type "Game" in the upper right search field and open the control panel for Game controllers.

    Please check that the test tab reacts to the stick movements and button presses of your controller. Does every button and stick work as intended?

    In the game, are you unable to use the controller in the game at all, or is it just that you can't change the button bindings in the game settings?
