Controller broken

So i'm wondering if i can get a new Controller or if there are any other ways of warranty helping me here.. So my RB button is broken, it's more like out of the controller. I think you have heard of that problem.. So please just tell me what to do. Thanks.

my turtle beach earforce xo one isn't working

i mentioned my first controller being broken because the bumper broke and the second controller is the only controller with a working bumper

You may want to contact official support if there is a possibility for repairs. Most likely, you would have to buy a new controller.

If it is broken and out of warranty throw it away and purchase another one.

I literally just got the controller. I cant afford that crap, whyd they send out a broken controller to replace a broken controller?

Maybe your controller is broken. Try going to setting then configuring your controller.

It's defective, not broken. And I'm not sure what you mean by the second sentence.

Maybe you have to buy a new one unless you have a warranty on the controller or one time i had a old broken controller and i replace the part with broken one
