Controller broken after update

My controller broke after taken the update that microsoft clearly knows about , but does not give a warning before you take the update , i called customer support and they said that my garanty was passed and that the wont replace or fix it and that it was
my own problem. I answerd that this realy makes me think less about them. Give a warning before the update or be a gentleman and fix the problem by repairing or replacing my controller.

after update controller won' turn on for more then a second with brand new batteries or when plugged into a usb outlet only works if plugged into console wtf

 

New update destroyed controller

After contacting them via Twitter @xboxsupport and trying various troubleshoots they told me my controller was in need of a replacement. So I guess the update broke my controller

 

I have the same issue and it sucks because many others like you and I have it, so I made a giant tread so everyone can let their voice be heard at the same place. Simply comment to it to share your complain.
