Controller broke: L doesn' stay centered and doesn't transmit the movements properly

Hi, my Controller broke and I'd like to send it in for repair.

(Guess it fell one time too often and now L doesn't respond properly.)

But I fail at registering it, also I don't know where to send it. I'm from Germany by the way. Could you please help me?

L Stick Very Unresponsive

So my L stick is still centered well on the controller but actually trying to navigate or game it doesn't work very well.

Also my controller is a "Scuf" controller would that disallow me from sending it in?

I can refer you to contact Official Xbox Support. You should see an option to chat directly with Xbox Support after selecting your issue, and you may also see an option for a callback from Xbox Support depending on your region and issue. You can contact

support.xbox.com/.../xbox-one on the page bottom is a button called "contact" there you can choose between livechat and phone support.

Here is your controlcenter where you can register your console and swap out accesoires.

If it is out of warranty then it would probably be faster and the same or less expense just to purchase another one. Good Luck!

Also, if it is damaged and not a manufacturing issue they won't replace it under warranty anyway.

It stays in the drive, it doesn't come out. Now I cannot download it to the box because it has a hair crack on the center and it wont read it again. and like i said i have music cds from the 90s and they still haven't broke, yet brand new xbox cds have
broke twice in one year? seriously? this is how they keep their money coming in, making shifty products that break easily?

I just experienced the exact same thing. The adapter input is acting like it doesn't fit properly with my controller. I had to force the thing together but the adapter input part broke!!! Hope I can get a replacement

The movement recognition doesn't work properly. On every second exercise it just doesn't recognice that I'm moving. This is very annoing. Will they ever fix this or is this "game" too unimportant because it's free?
