Controller Battery Life Indicator?

On the Xbox 360 if I pressed the Xbox button in the middle of the controller, it showed the battery life left in that controller. I can not find that feature on the Xbox One. Am I just missing it, or do I just go until my controller dies unexpectedly? Because
that is annoying.

I love it. @ dudeski what battery life do you speak of? And snap is fantastic for getting to party options and friends quickly via voice.

* edit. You mean controller battery life monitor. Got it. I never paid attention to the one on 360. My controller would just start to disconnect and I knew it was time to plug it in or put the fresh battery in.

 

sniffles x already answered this for me somewhere else. They said that the battery notification wasn't transferred over to the Xbox One yet. Just in case anyone else was wondering.

 

Yet another piece of functionality from the 360 that this new "wonderful all in one" console cant do.

Where is the battery indicator for windows 10?

I cannot tell when the charge is done on the Xbox app or the quick launch window, nothing.

Unfortunately, there is no a battery indicator on the Xbox App for the 360 wireless controllers. If this is something you would like to see please head over to
