Controller barely working and external not loading games

To break it down.

1- The Controller issue

I wouldnt call it the controllers fault, more of the system from what i can see. I have tried with 3 different controllers. and went out and bought a brand new elite controller and it all does the same. It wont move or when it does every 10th second it jumps
to the very end and freezes again. the D pad seems to work more often but even it is exteremly laggy. The A and B buttons i know work. It seems hard resetting the console every 5 times it will work for about 20mins. This is plugged in, unplugged new batteries
no battiers everything of the sort with every controller i own

2- The external. I have a 4tb external which has always worked perfectly for me until about a month ago. It Started giving me an error with dragon age. When i try to load the game it comes up with the game has taken to long to load error 0x8027025a. Now
it is every game not on the internal hard drive. In all honesty it just froze when i was trying to get the error code from loading and now it wont go home. it comes up with home is taking too long to start.

For both of these issues. I have many times hard reset, cleared caches. Cleared the thing in network which requires a reset, though everytime it restarts it freezes and needs a hard reset to start working.

If anyone is able to help please do! getting fed up with not being able to play.

Console Freezes

Hi,

The xbox one console freezes during game loading from hard drive and disc.

The Controller is working but the buttons will not function, the only way to Shutdown the console is via the button on the front.

Please Help!!!

 

my 3.0 usb ports aren't working kinda

yeah a controller is working for my xbox one but my external hard drive which is a 3tb seagate is not working so my usb ports work fine its just for some reason the external hard drive isn't so any other suggestions or should i just get a new hard drive
and try again

Are you part of the Preview Programm for Xbox One?

Have you already done a reset? (Settings->All Settings->System->Console info & updates->Reset Console and choose to Keep your apps and games)

Have you tried the Controllers without having the external HDD plugged in? Is there any difference if you do so?

I am part of the preview program. But only have this issue on 1 of my consoles.

I did the reset. it seems the controller part of the issue is working. or has been for the 2 hours so far.

Still cant load any games from the external. internal works and external games show up but every single one of them says it takes too long to load.

 

Have you checked if plugging the External in another USB Port has any effect? As you mentioned you have more than 1 Console, are the Games launching probably on your other Console if you plug the External in there?

My external loads on the other xbox but still takes too long to load any game so crashs. but the external which is the game hub thing i had on my 2nd xbox the xbox doesnt recognize it.

i tried formating my external and now the xbox cant even find it.

Controller issue seems to be gone though. only issue is whatever xbox the external is plugged into the xbox has an extreme long time loading start up and cant connect any controller for a couple minutes.

No Problem.

There should be under the Xbox Forums Headline a bar with "Discussion", "Support" and stuff and there should be the entry "Xbox Early Access", too.
