    Hello,

    my controller and xbox official headset keep disconnecting for no reason. Controller sometimes dont react for pushing buttons at first tíme or disconnect. Headset the same but as bonus sound cracks and occasionaly disconnect and reconnect. Im around 2m away from console.

    I did everything what i found on internet reset mac, update, destroyed one headset and buy another, hard reset, change batteries, turn off all BT periferies and it still keep happened.

    Second question : I found many topics about the same problem with 1000 " the same question" but no answers. Why microsoft ignore users? Why XWH keep turning On console when i wanted use it as BT device its out almost two years and no software solution.

    Why cant we turn off controller sleep mode when we play on kb and mouse this Qs are here for years.

    Unfortunately, there is no built-in mic on the Xbox Series X and no bluetooth support if you're thinking to go that route.



    You will need to attach a headset with a mic to the Xbox Series X controller. The Xbox Series X controller uses a standard 2.5mm audio connection for Xbox Live, you can use any standard headset. (It does not have to be something fancy or expensive.)

    I understand you about the xbox license.

    I rather not want to have a wireless headset because I dont like charging and the battery life will decrease over time. So that leave me with two options:
    1. Wired, 3.5mm into the Xbox series x controller
    2. Wired, usb, into the Xbox series X

    I checked the microsoft store and there are only 2 compatible series X headsets. Both wireles.

    Do you know any wired Xbox series X headset? That is compatible with the series x? I prefer USB but have to go 3.5mm otherwise.

    Is there any solution to this until today? I‘ve got the same problem and got my razer kaira pro replaced, also checked with different controllers (x one s and x series x controller) and the problem still exists. The headsets packaging says „designed for xbox series x“ so I wouldn‘t expect these kind of problems. Any help is still appreciated.
