    I've noticed on occasion my controller and headset will lose sync with my Series X, more often then not as well my headset has some weird audio bugs (Distortion and robotic sounds) which only seems to happen when its paired to the Xbox (Razer Kaira Pro) I noticed this issue prior to enrolling this Xbox into Skip ahead and I've noticed they mentioned in the notes that they are aware of the controller losing sync I'm just wondering if anyone else would like to share their experience (and possible work arounds) as well as reporting on here as well that headsets paired using the sync button are also susceptible to this issue.

    Interesting note as well my controller would not reconnect even using the USB cable I had to full on unplug the Xbox from power to do anything, I used my phone to remote control and hit restart and that did not work it just black screened for like 10 minutes.

    I have submitted this via the report a problem as well

    Xbox Wireless Headset keeps breaking up/disconnecting from Series X

    I have the same issue.

    Controller and headset both disconnect or have some sort interference. Never had a problem on my Xbox One or Series S. But the problem is persistent on Series X.

    Have tried all sorts of things like disabling all wifi and getting a new router. Nothing helps.

    Is there any solution to this until today? I‘ve got the same problem and got my razer kaira pro replaced, also checked with different controllers (x one s and x series x controller) and the problem still exists. The headsets packaging says „designed for xbox series x“ so I wouldn‘t expect these kind of problems. Any help is still appreciated.

    Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

    Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

    I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

    I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

    I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.
