Controller and Headset both disconnecting

I have a scuff controller and stealth 700s. Both are wireless. The controller is less than a year old, and the headset is only about three months old. Neither need a software update. I have checked. I have tried to update both. My mic and my controller don't take batteries, so I can't just switch out the battery pack. I will be playing, and BOTH will disconnect. I play competitive Cod. It is impossible to play with my sound and controller both cutting out several times throughout matches. This is ridiculous. All your stupid little things to try to fix it if it's happening don't work. I had the same issue with my regular controllers and my stealth 600 mic. Nothing is wrong with the controller or head set. Wired mics are dog water, so don't suggest I go spend more money for a wired controller or mic. Y'all just need to learn how to fix your **** not working instead of trying to get us to spend more money.

And have them charge me $200 when i could almost buy a whole new console for that? Nah. Gonna have to hard pass that one.

If the problem is with Xbox controllers and you have tried all the troubleshooting the problem is in the console and repair is needed.

If your Xbox is the One S/X and Series S/X you can have it repaired with Microsoft.

I have the same issue! Most of the times it happens when my headsets disconnects because of dead battery and I plug in a cord from controller to headset. It’ll cause my console to lose connection to both my controllers.

I have 2 controllers and 2 headsets. The controllers worked with the headsets up until today then just cut out. I tried to connect the headsets to each controler with the same result resetting the console several times, re-pairing the controllers several
times. When I disconnect the headsets from either controller I hear a faint click in the earphone. I also tried both headsets in another device and they work as they should. It is more than coincidence that this happened the same day with separate controllers
which were not on at the same time.
