Controller Analog Sensitivity

Hi can anyone tell me how I turn the sensitivity down on the main view screen on xbox one, my cursor flies all over the place making it nearly impossible to click on anything, once I'm in a game it's fine, but prior to that it's ridiculous!!!!

I would check out the feedback section that Mister Cerb linked to. If there is a feature that you want you can up-vote it. The more up-votes something gets, the more likely it is Microsoft will add the feature. If you can't find the feature there you want,
just add a new one .

This needs to be shared.

I for one would like to be able to reduce or increase sensitivity on the main menu, like back on the 360. Have High, medium and low setting. Then while in game you can do fine tuning from there. I have every game I play at set to one on the sensitivity scale
and sometimes I wish I could go lower.

 

Another problem, that's manifested itself since the latest update. When I press the xbox button to go back to the home page and click on the home icon it flashes but doesn't take me back to the home page, likewise if I want to change game I can see the icon
for the game I want I click on it it flashes but doesn't take me to the game. I have to shut the whole xbox down and restart it every time I want to change games?

I'm afraid there isn't a way to turn down the cursor sensitivity while using the browser. Our teams are always taking feedback over on
feedback.xbox.com though! As for not starting the game, since this began have you tried uninstalling one of the games and reinstalling to see if there's any change?

 

I am guessing this is an issue with the new OS. I am having the same issue. I have also tried resetting the Xbox but this did nothing. I had this issue since a recent update to the new look.

Can Microsoft please look into this as this is an issue, not a suggestion.

The issue is that the initial move and delay before moving fast isn't there, it just moves fast (hopefully that makes sense).

 

I have tried both resetting the Xbox (worked for a couple of days) and also unticking the smooth box in Settings, personalisation, theme and motion. neither has worked.

But after removing the batteries from my controller and putting them back in, it starts working fine again. therefore, I believe this is a controller issue.
