Xbox Wireless Controller – Sport Blue Special Edition is what the purchase order says. It has silicon grips on the back. Really nice controller. I have updated the controller as stated as soon as it was out of the

Please keep in mind that the discussion of physical self-repair of the console & controllers itself (hardware repairs) go against the forum guidelines and you would never be asked to take apart the controller yourself.

I would suggest in the first instance to update your controller. Instructions can be found below:

If this does not work, I would suggest you contact support as it may be a defective unit.

The Sport Blue Special Edition is a nice controller, I would say get in touch with support and ask for another. Sometimes these things happen but the Xbox support team should be able to sort this out. When on the support page, follow these steps and you
should have a number of contact options:

Step 1 - Select Xbox One

Step 2 - Select See other options

Step 3 - Select topic (Warranty, service & repair )

Step 4 - Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 - Select request a call from support

i was able to record some footage of game play and its slowly moving me. I feel it will only worsen. Unfortunate. Thanks for the reply.

I've always done my warranty stuff online. Through xbox.com never liked using the phone. Controller drift has been an on going issue with xbox controllers for sometime. Normally not right out of the box. Normally after they get a little dirty they tend
to not zero again.
