    hi everybody i recently updated my xbox one controller to the latest firmware, but now i have some issues. The controller sometimes loses connection and seems to be always in charge, it's possible to downgrade the firmware?The strange thing is that the other
    controller(updated too) works perfectly.Can you help me?? Thank you.

    Controller charging problem

    I couldn't find a hardware section so I wasn't sure where to begin looking into this problem.

    I have a refurbished controller that I bought some years ago,it has always worked great, but recently I picked up an energizer power & play charger for my controllers.

    one controller charges just fine on both ports, and with either set of batteries.

    My refurbished controller however won't charge. The green ring on the controller just ever so slightly glows, and the charger just flashes red a couple of times and won't charge that controller.

    Anyone experience this before when trying to charge a controller through the charge & play port on the controller?

    If the battery indicator is always showing as "charging", as though it were connected via USB to a power source (but it's not), I'd suggest changing the batteries and see if that helps.

    Also, there is no way to roll back to previous controller firmware. You can only go up.

    Yet ANOTHER Question.

    I bought the charge dock made by nyco. I always put it in the cradle when I'm done for the night so its always fully charged. The dock has seperate charge meters for two controllers.

    If you have a play and charge kit and the controller is still charging when you turn off the Xbox 360, the system will stay on because it is charging the controller. I always forget and I have to go back and unplug.

    So keep that in mind if you have wireless controllers with the Play and Charge Kit

    But the rechargeable battery is my biggest issue with my PS4 controller is that it feels like I'm always charging controller where my Xbox One controller with play and charge kit attached lasts for ages between charges.

    In addition to this if my play and charge battery dies I can just buy a new battery and not have to buy a complete new controller.

    This never happened to me or my friends and we always charge our controllers.
